Field Rules

By paying to use Walkies On The Wold, you agree to abide by the following rules, terms, and conditions. Walkies On The Wold accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, damage, or death, however caused, whether to property, person, or animal.

Arrival & Parking

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booking begins.
  • Parking is provided in the designated car park only. Please do not block access or park near neighbouring properties.
  • Stay in your vehicle until the field is vacant and ready for your use.

Gates & Security

  • Please ensure all gates are closed securely behind you when entering and leaving.
    The field gate must remain closed at all times so that only persons with the access code can enter.
  • You are responsible for ensuring gates are secure and that your dog(s) cannot escape.

Dogs & Supervision

  • All dogs remain the sole responsibility of their owner at all times and must never be left unattended.
  • If your dog escapes the field or car park, you are liable for any resulting damage, injury, or costs.
  • Dogs must be fully vaccinated, wormed, and up to date with flea/tick treatments. Proof may be requested.
  • Dogs showing signs of illness (e.g. kennel cough, vomiting, diarrhoea within the last 72 hours) must not enter the park.

Health & Safety

  • Entry is at your own risk. Walkies On The Wold accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to any person, dog, or property.
  • The ground may be uneven or muddy depending on weather. Please wear appropriate footwear.
  • Wheelchair and pram access may be limited due to natural ground conditions.
  • All waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the bins provided. Please take general rubbish home.

Children

  • Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Children must not climb on equipment, tyres, or fencing. Equipment is for dogs only.
  • Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety of their children while on site.

Field Use

  • Please respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum.
  • No smoking, vaping, BBQs, parties, or fires are permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • The field is equipped with 6ft fencing; however, dogs must not be encouraged to dig or climb near boundaries.
  • If you notice any damage or issues with the fencing or field, please notify us immediately.
    Toys, balls, or equipment brought into the park must be taken home at the end of your session.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Each booking is personal to the hirer and may not be transferred or sublet.
  • Please leave promptly at the end of your booking to avoid disruption to the next user.
    If you cannot attend, bookings can be rescheduled online or by contacting us directly.
  • Failure to vacate on time may result in future bookings being cancelled.

Insurance & Business Use

  • If you are using the park as part of a business (e.g. dog walker/trainer), you must have valid public liability insurance and provide proof on request.
  • Tansor Wold Dog Park has its own public liability cover but will not accept liability for loss, damage, injury, or death of any person, dog, or third party while using the facility.

Other Information

  • CCTV operates 24/7 for your safety and security.
  • Our staff retain property and access rights to the field at all times.
  • Gift certificates and packages are available. These include up to 6 dogs and are subject to expiry dates.

By booking and using Walkies On The Wold, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these rules and conditions. They are in place to ensure safety, respect, and enjoyment for everyone.
